It discusses open source software in general, and in particular talks about project management of an open source project - how do you attract (decent) developers to work with you? A tricky task.












I think some of the issues around OpenOffice are to do with Sun's stewardship of the project. Many of the key devleopers are getitng frusrated with the politics involved.
Personally, I hope OpenOffice forks, and is given a new lease of life and sense of direction.
