Open Source Schools was saddened to learn of the tragic death on Friday 17th July of Richard Rothwell, founding father and guiding light of the UK's open source in education community and chair of Schoolforge-UK.

"For us the world is a sadder and lonelier place without him, and the rest of the world has lost one of its brightest stars. He will remain in our thoughts and hearts forever."
