I am a consultant working on this project. My work has always combined education and ICT, as a school and university teacher, in teacher training, in educational software development, and in creating the ICT curriculum and associated assessment and qualifications. For the past 20 years I have worked for several national organisations concerned with education and assessment policy, including the place of ICT as an essential skill for everyone, as a subject in its own right, as a part of every other subject and vocational sector, and as a means to better practice in learning, teaching, assessment and educational administration and management.
