Open Source Design and Making

I always seem to find out about these events after they’ve occured. but I’ll be watching for the next one.

There seems to be more and more open-source materials for the 3D world rather than "just" software.

I would love to see an open source school, designed by a community that includes pupils, teachers, parents, local employers and design professionals using open source tools and then built using opensource materials, manufacturing and construction. running an open-source curriculum, designed in a similar way.
